You can order via the website,I will then email you the invoice number,and the weights and dimensions of the boxes,and give you the address of our warehouse and all contact numbers needed.
Chinese customs inevitably intercepts any order to our customers...never to be seen again.One solution I can offer,and that many of our Chinese clients do implement,is to arrange your own courier to come and pick the goods up from our warehouse.For large orders a courier will provide you with the documentation you will need for customs and insurance if your goods were to be lost or damaged.I must add that we are not responsible for the goods as soon as your courier accepts the parcels,and any claims will need to be addressed with them.DHL and UPS are couriers that we use frequently and can provide this service to you.You would then give them the details I have emailed you.You will need to sort out payment with them separately,and they will come to us and pick the goods up,provide all of the paperwork needed for customs and whatever insurance they might cover you for.
I do apologise for the trouble this causes,but this has been a company wide change in policy and we are working on an easier method.
