我国很多城市依河而建,城市河流与人类关系密切.人们在尽享河流带来之便利的同时,也在不断地改造着城市河流,如加固堤岸、裁弯取直、修筑水坝,以满足人们对于供水、防洪、航运等多种要求.这些改造活动给人们带来了巨大效益,但同时也极大地改变了城市河流的结构和功能,河道断面形式单一,走向笔直,河道的护坡结构主要采用线浇混凝土护坡,失去了河道原有的水边环境和水环境的功能等一系列的生态环境问题,已引起人们的广泛关注.
城市河流不仅仅是只起行洪、排涝的作用,而且还是一个城市生态的象征.城市河流的治理在城市建设中非常重要,其中城市河流景观设计是一个重要方面.经过精心设计的河流景观,不仅可大大改善城市面貌,也可带来生态、环境、经济等效益.应当肯定一些城市河流景观建设取得了一定的成绩,但是,也有一些设计没有达到预期目的,如武汉罗家港经过改造后,但还是被自然或人为的破坏,一个重要因素是人们对河流景观缺乏认识,仍单纯地追求经济效益.
针对目前的现状,本课题就武汉罗家港的进行分析,以新的理念规划和设计城市河流景观.

A lot of cities in our country build in accordance with the river, urban river and the mankind are in close relations. People are transforming the urban river constantly too while enjoying the facility that the river brings to the limit, such as strengthening the embankment, curving cut-off, building the dam, in order to meet people to many kinds of requirements such as supplying water, preventing flood, shipping. These transform activity bring enormous benefit to people, change urban structure and function of river greatly at the same time, the river section form is single, it is straight to move towards, the bank protection structure of the river mainly adopts the line to water the concrete bank protection, have lost a series of ecological environment problems such as the functions of the environment and water environment by the river already existing water, have already caused people's extensive concern.
The urban river not only only leaves on big function draining flooded fields, but also but also the ecological symbol of a city. The administration of the urban river is very important in the urban construction, among them the urban river landscape design is an important respect. The river view designed meticulously, can not merely improve the urban appearance greatly, can also bring benefits such as the ecology, environment, economy,etc.. Should affirm some city river view build and obtain certain achievement, however, not achieving the ~anticipated goal in some designs, after transforming such as the harbour of the Luo s of Wuhan, but nature or destruction whose people are, one important factor people view scarce to know to river, still pursue the economic benefits simply. To the present current situation, this subject, on the analyzing of the harbour of the Luo s of Wuhan, plan and design the urban river view with the new idea.
