Dear

You are officially informed to be hired as Process Engineer of Chemtex (Shanghai) Chemical Engineering Co. Ltd. with three month probation starting from the day you are on board.

Your basic salary per month shall be RMB5,500 before individual income tax plus annual bonus and the employee’s payment for social insurances (605.00/month社保个人应缴部分).

The additional welfare benefits shall follow the company policies including:

A- Social insurances (pension, medical, unemployment, etc.);

B- Housing fund (10% of salary) per month (550.00);

C- Food allowance (400.00) per month when you are working in office;

D- Transportation subsidies (200.00) per month;

E- Communication subsidies (100.00) per month;

F- Comprehensive insurances including travel, medical, accidental insurances.

In general, your monthly income shall be 7,355 totally includes: 5500 + 605 + 550 + 400 + 200 + 100 in addition to annual bonus.

As an employee in technical department, you are requested to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.

You are expected to confirm your acceptance of this offer by email within one week and keep us informed when you could start work in Chemtex.

首先基本工资5500是税前的,您需要交400所得税.
社保605及房屋公积金550是不交给你的.
你能拿到的是餐补400,交通补贴200,通信费100,
再加上您的工资5100,你每月到手的只有5800元.
