Additional Exclusions
•Tire distortion caused by improper storage or quality defect aroused by other causation.
•Cost of tire mounting and balance service .
•Any indirect loss caused by the failure of tire such as the loss of time or use , inconvenience ,or any incidental or consequential damages .
Original Tire Purchaser’s Obligations
The original tire purchaser should inform TAISHAN CO. the following information in one week after the tire is mounted .
•Serial number of the tire.
•Time of the installment
•Number of the vehicle where the tires are mounted .
•The mile /km figure of speedometer when the tire is mounted .
•Site of the tire used and working environment such as temperature, road condition, etc.
The original purchaser must present the claim tire to an importer of TAISHAN CO. or an authorized dealer of TAISHAN CO.. At the meantime ,the original purchaser should make the detailed records of the serial number of the claimed tire, time of installment ,damaged time ,damage description, and provide the said recorders and pictures showing the site where the damage occurs ,and the damaged part of the claimed tire, and the whole tire with TAISHAN trade mark and logo to TAISHAN CO.,so that the engineer of TAISHAN CO. can make a correct judgment for the damage.
The original purchaser of the claimed tire should properly keep the damaged, unserviceable tire. If necessary ,TAISHAN CO. will send engineers to make examination and analysis on site .
Declaration
This warranty is the only quality warranty of TAISHAN brand giant OTR tires manufactured by TAISHAN CO.. Any other warranty expressed or implied and remedied , is an invalid warranty.
TAISHAN CO. reserves the rights to explain all the items and items of this warranty.

原购买者所声称的轮胎应妥善保管,损坏,无法使用轮胎.如有必要,泰山公司将派遣工程师,使检查和分析网站.

本担保是唯一的质量保修的台山品牌巨型工程机械轮胎制造的,由台山有限公司等.其他任何保修明示或暗示的,并予以纠正,是一种无效的担保.
泰山公司将保留权利,解释所有项目及内容包括本担保.
