答案给的是offer,for
但我记得offer的固定搭配应该是：offer sb sth ,offer sth to sb 这是怎么回事?

这句话的意思不是”把一些新闻给我们“,而是指人们的选择方面有一个渠道.意思是：
”如果人们、我们需要最近的新闻,可以上网浏览.“
用英文也可以把它说成：”For us,surfing the internet can offer the latest news.“
如果想说的是”人们上网就可以看到最近的新闻“,那么就可以说：
"The Internet can offer the latest news to us."
直接把”Surfing“ 去掉,更简洁.用的就是”offer,to“
