尊敬的老师、同学们：
今天我演讲的题目是《假如我是一名老师》.
梦想是璀璨的星辰,是理想的翅膀,是待航的船舶,年少时光里,谁都有过梦想.我也不例外.那时的我,无限仰慕教师这个神圣的职业,并梦想着有一天也能成为一名教师,用自己的知识和爱心去灌溉祖国的花朵.
假如我是一名老师,我首先会精心准备,教好我的每一节课.斯宾塞说过“硬塞知识的办法经常引起人对书籍的厌恶; 这样就无法使人得到合理的教育所培养的那种自学能力,反而会使这种能力不断地退步.”作为一名老师,让学生在课堂上掌握知识是最基本的要求.我会努力学习业务,认真备好课、写好教案,尽可能把课上得生动一些,有意思一些,让学生乐于学习.例如在课程设计上采用启发式教学方式,让学生充分发挥自主性,自由抒发自己的意见和想法.
假如我是一名老师,我将会严慈有度,耐心对待每一个孩子.现代教育对孩子的成长中有着极其重要的作用,老师作为教育是直接实施者,在孩子个性塑造方面起着引导作用.对待孩子我会倍加耐心,在管理纪律上严格加以要求,在学生意识到错误后能够宽容以待.如对犯错的学生,会充分尊重孩子的自尊,动之以情,晓之以理,给他们改正错误的机会.
假如我是一名老师,我将会真诚热情,爱护我的每一名学生.我会把学生们当朋友,多接触多谈心,聆听他们的想法,站在他们的角度,解答他们的困惑,成为他们生活中可以信赖的好朋友.并身体力行,用自己的学习态度、处世方法潜移默化地影响他们,鼓励他们积极乐观地面对生活,正确地应对学习生活中的挫折.
假如我是一名老师……可以假如的有很多很多,在实现这个假如的路上,我也曾走出很远,努力通过了普通话二甲考试,顺利考过了教师资格证,甚至还参加了农村教师的招考……我一步一步在向着这个梦想努力,但当我愈发接近实现梦想的时候,我愈加意识到自身的不足,愈加意识到教师这个职业所担负的沉重责任.
如今我已踏上工作岗位了,却不是做一名光荣的教师,但我依然深深记得,年少时的那个梦想,还有那些为梦想不断挥洒汗水的美好时光.
未走完的路永远向往,未竟的梦想毕生闪亮.某些时刻,我仍会无限遐想,假如,我现在是一名老师……

大家好,今天我演讲的题目是《假如我是一名老师》.

梦想是璀璨的星辰,是理想的翅膀,是待航的船舶,年少时光里,谁都有过梦想.我也不例外.那时的我,无限仰慕教师这个神圣的职业,并梦想着有一天也能成为一名教师,用自己的知识和爱心去灌溉祖国的花朵.
