I know what‘s wrong with you 而不是I know what wrong with you is
可是又有些句子 如 Could you tell me when he comes
Can you tell me where the red pen is
这又是陈述语序 有些看上去又不是陈述语序 到底是怎么回事 我乱了
谓语的位置到底该放哪儿...

其实应该不是倒装,而是语序的问题.有一个经典的例题：
They all wanted to know what was the matter with Tom.
很多人都认为这个宾语从句被倒装了,实际不是的.what was the matter with Tom 其实就是sth.was the matter,what 在宾语从句中已经是作主语的了,符合陈述语气.
