In the man agement of mod ern enterprises,the important function of inform ation resources is more an d more
remarkable,an d the application of inform ation system seems particularly importan t during the man agement．The
practice of man agement inform ation system possessed brand—new characteristics at the beginning of 21 century
since it be gan at middle period of the 20m century． On one hand,mod ern inform ation technology brings man y
kinds of application form s,for instance,Browser／Server application form ,e-commerce,ERP,CRM ,etc；on the
other hand,the inform ation system is larger,business links involved are numerous,several links among them still
have the characteristic of frequent transform ing．These require that it must have the adaptability to business
environment and data proc essing method in inform ation system designing and developing process．
In the designing and developing method of existing inform ation system,it can basically according to some
certain business procedures,finish the inform ation system based on afairs processing system．W hen the
environment requires the business proc edure to be changed,it needs to reconstruct the designed inform ation
system；so in the most development projects of information system,it requires the system should have suitable
expan sibility．Generally speaking,the system expan sion is feasible which is finished by the developer of
inform ation system,but often the cost is relatively high．The unified mod eling lan guage which was brought
forward at the end of 1 990s,considered the developing process deseription of facing object as the goal,can
describe the various kinds of links(including business procedure)through the model form which were referred in
the inform ation system developing proc ess,and generated the code through the CASE too1．This way can lighten
the system expan ding workload on a certain extent,but there were some certain dificulties on mod el’s computer
expressing an d mod el storing．
