At present,there are three types of group companies’ management software’s realizing method:1 Function-based special system’s realizing strategy.It’s a longitudinal segmental realizing method,running through the group level and the subsidiary corporation level.2 Business-chain-based Unit Company’s realizing strategy.It’s a unit segmental realizing method,which divide one or several core nodes on the group’s business-chains into relatively independent business unit and fulfill the informationizational construction of each unit according to the unitary company’s informationizational realizing method and lastly build up the group’s unified information platform via information’s integration.3 SOA-based service integrated strategy.The first and second realizing method are the ones the group companies employ to fulfill informationization partly first and then integrate every part into a whole so as to simplify complementation and avoid complexity,they are“business management-centered” information platform and their shortcomings are obvious to the management of group enterprise;while the third method is the one that builds up the whole information framework first and then takes every part into consideration.But in view of it pay more attention to the high level“service” integration,it is big granularity and insufficient flexibility to the component“assemblage”,and it can be applied more properly in the situation which is rich in the legacy system.
