SCENE V
(William is missing Vivian very much after he has being warned by John to break up with his daughter. So he couldn’t help himself to try to meet Vivian again.)
William: I miss you so much, Vivian. You drive me crazy.
Vivian: How could you leave me alone?
William: Vivian, let’s go for a walk and I’ll tell you about it. Ok?
Vivian: All right.
(They date in the woods at night. John is very angry when he sees William coming back happily from his date with Vivian.)
John: How could you fall in love with my daughter? Don’t you know I’m the person who loves you the most?
William: Nonsense! Don’t forget you are just a butler!
John: You know nothing at all.
(John tries to hit William but misses. Eventually he managed to trip William up and made him bump against the wall and died on the ground in the dark.)
(Back to “now”. William jumps up and catches John’s leg suddenly.)
William: You are the murder. I’ll never forgive you!
John: No, my goodness. No… (Crying loudly)

威廉：薇薇,让我们散个步我告诉你,好吗?
薇薇：好的.
晚上他们在森林里约会.约翰看到威廉约会后高兴回来非常生气.
约翰：你怎么能和我的女儿恋爱?难道你不知道我是最关心你的人吗?
威廉：胡说!别忘了你只是个管家!
约翰：你根本什么都不知道.
约翰试着袭击威廉但是没成功,最终他把威廉绊倒了使之撞在墙上,在黑暗中死在了地上.
回到“现在”,威廉突然跳起来抓住了约翰的胳膊.
威廉：你是谋杀者,我将从来不原谅你.
约翰：不,我的上帝,不.（大声地哭）
