【摘要】目的:掌握汕头市潮南区饮水型氟中毒改水降氟的效果,为氟病区今后合理规划和改进防治措施提供科学依据.方法:采用随机抽样的方法测定氟病区村居民饮用水水氟含量及8~12岁儿童2812人氟斑牙患病情况和500人尿氟含量.结果:汕头市潮南区饮水型氟病区改水后,不同改水年限病区村居民饮用水氟含量比改水前都有显著的下降,均低于国家规定的卫生标准1.0mg/L.改水后,12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率已由改水前的46.71%降至9.21%,差异有统计学意义(X2=5.37,P
Abstract
objective: master shantou ChaoNa area water type fluorosis improvement of water decreasing fluorine effect, for fluorine ward reasonable planning and improve in the future to provide scientific basis for prevention and cure measures. Methods: by random sampling methods to determine fluorine ward village resident drinking water fluorine content and children aged 8 to 12 2812 people fluorotic teeth sicken and 500 people urine fluorine content. Results: shantou ChaoNa area water type fluorine ward after improvement of water, different improvement of water of clastic village resident drinking water fluorine content than the improvement of water before a significant drop, all than stipulated by the state health standard 1.0 mg/L. Change after water, 8 to 12 years old children fluorotic teeth rates are by improvement of water before 9.21% 46.71% fall to, difference was statistically significant (X2 = 5.37, P < 0.01). Children's dental fluorosis rates and improvement of water, with the improvement of water about fixed number of year of the length of extended, children's dental fluorosis prealence gradually reduced. Different improvement of water of children aged 8 to 12 in urine fluorine content 0.360 + 0.367 ~ 0.784 + 0.658 mg/L, with the improvement of water between the increasing length of decreased. Conclusion: this fluorine ward outstanding achievement, improvement of water condition has been basically control to change water decreasing fluorine and health education mainly of comprehensive prevention and control measures, and are drinking endemic fluorosis caused feasible measures.
