本文对在富士康集团下的F电子商务公司从成立到正式营运的前几个月的营销过程及中途遇到的瓶颈及困难进行描述,对传统代工企业的电商转型遇到的问题进行分析,从4Cs的角度出发,解决传统代工企业如何进行产品定位、定价并制定正确的网络营销策略.为其他正在转型的制造或线下零售业提供制定营销策略的参考.第一部分为案例介绍,对F公司成立的背景网络营销发展道路进行描述,提出其发展现状面临的问题.第二部分为案例分析,首先使用SWOT分析F电子商务公司的优势、劣势机会及威胁状况得出其发展的战略道路；其次使用STP分析,在公司发展长远战略的基础上提出网络营销战略,涉及如何细分市场进行定位、定价；再者,在明确营销战略的基础上从4Cs角度出发,提出网络营销运作策略.最后提出对F公司在现阶段面临问题的总结建议.
