我国银行信用卡发展中存在的风险及其控制管理
Risks existed in the development of Bank Credit Card in China and its Control and Management
摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,银行信用卡在我们的日常生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用.我们知道银行信用卡有两个基本的功能：（1）银行信用卡是便利的交易支付工具；（2）银行信用卡具有个人消费信贷即透支功能.本文从银行信用卡的风险着手,系统的论述了我国银行信用卡发展中存在的风险,具体包括安全性方面,银行业相互竞争,征信系统不完善,法律不健全等方面引起的风险,之后针对这些不同方面存在的风险提出了建议,该怎样控制和管理,主要是建立健全的法律法规,把握好发卡关以及完善内部机制和个人征信系统等.希望能有效的解决风险问题.
Abstract: With the rapid development of our nation’s economy and the steady improvement of people’s living standard, bank credit is playing a more and more important role in our daily lives. As we all know, there is two basic functions of credit card: (1) a very convenient payment means; (2) its overdraft function. In this essay, the author presents her views at the basis of the risks of credit card in the development of China, including the all kinds of risks incurred from safety, competition between banks, incompetence of the credit agency system and unsound law etc. and then the author give her suggestions on how to control and manage these risks. She appeals to establish sound law and regulation, control the card issue process and perfect inner operation systems and hopes to solve the risk issue effectively.
