随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对健康和养生方面的追求也越来越高,而作为养生和休闲的重要手段的温泉旅游也随之兴起.各国的专家、学者在这方面的研究和探索也从来没有停止过.目前,温泉旅游已经成为旅游业的一个重要组成部分,然而随着温泉旅游的快速发展,以及日趋激烈的市场竞争,整个温泉旅游市场也涌现出了一系列问题.本文首先介绍了至今为止国内外对于温泉旅游的主要研究及成果,并运用SWOT分析法对汝城温泉发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析.然后根据目前温泉旅游发展中存在的一些普遍问题,以及郴州温泉旅游的发展状况,结合汝城温泉现在的开发和发展现状,在参考国内外相关研究及实践经验的基础上,从汝城温泉的资源赋存、产品开发以及市场营销等多方面分析其存在的一些不足以及随之带来的影响.在此基础上提出一些相应的对策和措施,为汝城温泉构造一套独特的发展模式,构建良好的品牌形象,增加产品吸引力,提高市场竞争力.

This paper first introduces the main research and results so far at home and abroad for the hot spring tourism, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Rucheng hot spring development is analyzed by the SWOT method. Then according to some common problems existing in the current hot spring tourism development, as well as the development of Chenzhou hot spring tourism, combined with the development and present situation of development of Rucheng hot spring now, referring to the domestic and international research and practice experience, analysis some problems and the resulting effects of its existence from the aspects of Rucheng hot spring resources, product development and marketing. On this basis, puts forward some corresponding strategies and measures for Rucheng hot springs, construct a set of unique development model, build a good brand image, increase product attractiveness, improve market competitiveness.
