The cost control of project is in the process of the formation of the project cost,providing guidance,supervision,regulation and restrictions on the consumption of resources and cost,timely correct possible errors,make the actual amount of fees in the cost of the project fall within the scope of control,in order to achieve the goal of cost reduction.Its purpose is a reasonable use of human,material and financial resources,reduce costs,increase revenues and improve the management of the cost of project,create a better economic efficiency.In the cost control of project,we have to conform to the following principles.
