摘 要：对近年来由于高铜的添加使用导致环境、畜禽机体和人体受到不同程度的危害进行简要分析总结.结果表明,土壤污染的铜含量为＞100mg/kg时,土壤肥力下降,植物生长受阻；畜禽日粮中铜含量为＞500mg/kg时,畜禽机体受到中毒甚至死亡；国标规定食用肉类中含铜量不得超过10mg/kg.

In recent years, to pick to add use due to high copper in the body and the environment, livestock by different degree of hazard briefly reviewed. The results showed that soil pollution > the cupreous content of 100mg/kg for the decline, soil fertility and plant growth, Animal diet copper content > for 500mg/kg, livestock airframe is poisoning and even death, Owing to eating meat contains copper amount shall not exceed 10mg/kg.
