2.there without any people
3.there have not any people这三句的意思一样吗?都能用来表达这里没有人吗?有什么区别,without的用法是什么?

第一个句子IS后面不能接动词原形,HAVE在这里做有的意思,应该用HAVING表达.
THERE IS NOT HAVING ANY PEOPLE.
第二个不是一个句子,因为没有主谓的基本结构.
第三个是完整的句子
WITHOUT

adv.户外；在外面；没有或不显示某事物
n.外部；外面
用法看词性的用法
一般常用的是介词做伴随状语
再问：第一句改成there are not any people呢不加having能行吗第二句改成there are without any peopel呢
再答：这样就可以了。反正句子的基本结构要有主谓宾，然后才是其他成分。 there are without any peopel这句有点怪。WITHOUT不这么用吧。 there be 本身就表示有, 有多中变化;there will be , there should be ,ther e must be ther used to be , there have been,(have 不表式有,是完成时的标志)等等, 再用have不行
再问：最后再问一下为什么any people用的是are任何人不是应该是单数吗？
再答：因为是THERE做主语不是ANY PEOPLE做主语。
