本研究结果表明：（1）饼肥、生物有机肥处理地下害虫危害率较高,而饼肥及农家肥处理区地下害虫危害率较低；（2）烟青虫的发生可能与肥料处理无关；在蚜虫种群密度较小的情况下（房县烟区）,饼肥及农家肥处理区中蚜虫数量相对高；而在种群密度较大时（保康烟区）,不同肥料处理区没有明显差异；（3）病毒病发生可能不受肥料处理的影响；（4）生物有机肥处理可能会加重黑胫病的发生；（5）在烟草旺长期,生物有机肥处理区炭疽病和气候斑点病的发生和流行较重；在烟叶成熟期,饼肥处理区气候斑点病发生较重；饼肥、饼肥及农家肥、农家肥处理赤星病发生较重.
