我想问为什么不能选择will encourage~除了因为employee 是S以外其他的原因是?

一般在句子的开头要么使用原型要么使用to do 的形式请问如何正确使用～

1.因为encourage 在这里译为鼓动,要用被用,主动翻译不通.很多情况看所选词在句中的含义就能区分选择主动还是被动.
2.a)很好区分,这个要看所选择的词在句中做什么成分,或者句中缺少什么成分.if 引导一个从句,从而主句缺少一个动词,所以a)是正确的.选b）一个动名词,直接导致主句没有谓语动词.
B）根据语义,在现代商业世界,竞争是困难的.说的是现在的动作或者状态,所以B）是正确的.
A）to do 一般表示将要发生的动作或状态.
