作者想要告诉我们将单个的目标转化成一种习惯,将目标的实践过程变成一种机械化,自动化的过程,达到比较好的效果.
而put sth into是肯定有的.但是put sth into autopilot没有这种固定搭配,这大概是作者主观上强加上去的
