How to install a Chinese language in a laptop which has no Chinese language and can't write Chinese
It's not a translation...It's a question........I don't know how to solve this computer problem.......

you probly need the system cd.
go to control panal->Clock,Language and Region -> Regional and Language Options Tap -> Keyboards and Languages ->general tap -> Add -> Chinese(simplified) Microsoft Pinyin IME
or simply,you can go download 搜狗(sougo) chinese language input.
再问： I have no system CD,or I can handle this...I tried Sougou,but it doesn't work....
再答： then i am out of resource also... unless you want to go through the trouble of burning a chinese Win7 Operating System... and reinstall the OS on your computer.
