5.2.2 MR ensures that these detailed requirements are fully understood by the appropriate personnel with an aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.

5.4.2 Quality Management System Planning
5.4.2.1 MR defines and documents how the requirements for quality services can be met in the Quality Manual and Procedural Manuals.These documents form a comprehensive Quality Management Plan and are an integral part of the quality system.
5.4.2.2 For any special requirements which are not covered by the existing quality system documents,the Management Representative (MR) is responsible for the preparation of a further Quality Management Plan to document how such special requirements will be met.The existing quality system documents and ISO 9000 standards shall be referred to in preparing such a further Quality Management Plan.
