In our daily life,we haveto comr into contact with people in every walk of life.Therefore,it is very important for us to know how to get along with other people.To get along well with others and win their friendships,we must observe strictly the following tips.
To begin with,we need to be honest with others.As nobody enjoy keeping in touch with liars,lies will surely make people stay far away form us in the long run.After all,honesty is the best policy.Second,we have to be humble enough when we have our friends around.If we are too proud in public,we can hardly win other's respect,not be too selfish.We should learn how to show our concern for others.
As long as we keep to the rules which are mentioned above,we will find easy for us to get along well others.

Nowadays,there is a lot of time that we get along with others.It is an important skill that we have to learn in our lives.So now I am going to introduce some tips about how to get on well with people around you.
1.When you first talk to a new friend,you must look at his or her eyes and introduce yourself.
2.Always smile; that way people won’t think you are serious and hard to get along with.
3.Be polite and humble.If you are rude and arrogant,people will not like you.
Discuss and negotiate with others when your opinions differ.
4.If people have troubles,help them.Then,when you have troubles,they might help you,too.
5.Avoid quarrels with others; they may be difficult to reconcile,thus putting the relationship in jeopardy
