北京首都机场扩建工程是2008年北京奥运会重要配套项目,是经国务院批准建设的国家重点工程.三号航站楼为本次扩建工程的核心,位于东跑道东侧,地下2层,地上5层,长2900米,宽790米,建筑高度45米,其中,T3A主楼工程建筑面积48万平方米,是三号楼的核心工程,由北京城建七公司等兄弟单位承建的首都机场3号航站楼T3A主楼工程被获建筑(结构)长城杯金质奖.
今年城建七首都机场项目部完成绑扎钢筋10000多吨,支立模板约30多万平方米,浇筑混凝土48000多立方米,完成钢结构760吨,完成结构面积6.8万平米,二次结构施工完成砌筑4千多平米,抹灰3万多平米,率先优质完成了结构、外管线管廊及部分登机桥结构施工任务,目前该工程以进入粗装修阶段.
