Please use the following instruction to install the lot with the clean installer (S2PCI):
First step:Open the sims2pack-file with the clean installer.
Then,clear the LotSegmentForUpload checkbox (it is the first one).
Now,install the files by clicking 'install' and 'ok'.
Second step:Open the teleport folder (in My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2) and delete the
one file that was caused by the installation in the first step.
Third step:Open the lot file with the clean installer again.
Now,choose 'select lot file only' by clicking the lot icon at the right side on the top.
Install the lot by clicking 'install' and 'ok'.The house should be found in the house catalogue now
