Please note below table is a Quality Assurance Checklist utilized by Cato merchandising and distribution teams.Cato randomly pulls samples from each shipment received into their warehouse and examines them.If there are any issues with the quality of the merchandise received,there will be a cost adjustment and/or a return of the merchandise.
Therefore,we have decided to pass this checklist to you as a reference to ensure you to have a complete check on shoes before shipment.

• Is it the same material as purchased?
• Is it the correct color or pattern?
• Any stains,shading,tears or flaws,scratches or discoloration?
• Any dirt,mold,mildew or musty odors?
DEBOSSED,STAMPED OR PRINTED LOGO/
LABEL AND PLACEMENT/
PACKAGING/ TICKETING/ BOXES
• Are the logos,labels,packaging and ticketing correct?
• Positioned correctly?
• Debossed,stamped,printed logo or label set in neatly?
• Is the box correct?Does it have the correct information?
HARDWARE/ CLASPS/ CLOSURES/ BUCKLES/ ETC.
• Correct type and color/ finish?
• Attached securely?
• Work properly?
DECORATIVE TRIM/ GROMMETS/ BEADING/ ETC.
