楼主翻得很好,稍作修改,仅供参考：1）买家、卖家改为买方、买方较好；2）标准、合同等条文中,shall表示应该的意思,虚拟语气的一种形式,shall的语气比should还要强,而不应翻成“将”；3）tax invoice是税务发票,而不是商业发票,比较正规；4）stated是说明的,具明的意思,这是细节,不影响理解；5）expenses没有“其他”的意思,由于是复数,所以建议翻为各项花费.
