Inconsideration of your complying with our request,we hereby agree as follows:-
1.Toindemnify you,your servants and agents and to hold all of you harmless fromany liability,loss,damage or expense of whatsoever nature,including thirdparty property which you may sustain by reason of stowage,carriage and/ordelivery of the cargo in accordance with our request; of the transportation ofthe cargo in accordance with our request.

3.Toarrange adequate liability insurance for all risks covering the responsibilityof Cargo Owners who load wine inside the container
