虚拟语气什么时候能用啊,还有什么时态要后措一格,我现在看见句子就想虚,看来是得了嘘嘘病了...能不能简单的告诉我在实战中的应用啊~

这句本来不虚吧,可是怎么我总觉得想虚它呢?
If there were a flood or a drought,people would starve.
这样写可以吗?
