D表示一个事实.A错误.死了就死了,现在还是死的,不应该用was而是is.B错误,死用完成式不合适,而且过去完成式是过去的过去,不可以用在此处.C错误,死是一瞬间的事,C表示一种状态的持续.不适合die
B时态和用法均正确.A错误,am的时态不正确；C错误,不用过去的过去不用过去完成式；D错误am的时态；
C正确.后面用的是washing,说明前面用的一定是spend.上一句用did说明上午已经过去,所以B、D项排除.两个小时是复数,所以不是A不可以用was而是were.
强调!hour是可数名词,这里做主语,怎么可以选A呢?谓语要用复数!
