通过两个月的方案探讨,完成了任务要求.
1、标准化了芯盒顶芯机构,使芯盒零配件标准化,方便选型;
2、分类了刹车盘结构,根据各自特色,制定了各自的工艺方案,降低了选择工艺方案的难度;
3、标准化了型板布置图,为机械大批量生产奠定了基础;
4、人均每天能够完成两套图纸设计.满足了生产要求.
通过方案的定型,还为推进一箱四件双层工艺奠定了基础.同时通过Magma模拟,成功解决了单片刹车盘的缩松缺陷(意外收获).
