The best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teachers' salaries.
As education plays an essential part of the society.Consequently,it becomes a very important problem to improve the quality of education.In my opinion,teachers’ quality may be the foundation of the education quality.It’s undoubted that teachers’ salaries can affect the quality of teachers.So in other words,to increase teachers’ salaries is the best way to improve the quality of education.
It’s well known that teachers have less compensation than many of other jobs.Obviously,that’s one major reason for many people not to be a teacher.By the same token,people may choose the job with high salaries rather than to be a teacher,even though they could be a good teacher.Therefore,the teachers’ quality may drop by this as well as the same to the quality of education.
Worse yet,teachers are more hard-working because they use much more time on doing their jobs than others.The example of my parents may support my idea.My mother is a teacher who always needs to prepare for her lessons and correct students’ assignments until midnight while my father always spends the same time on watching TV.So don’t they deserve more pay?If teachers didn’t get an adequate salary,they might not spend much time and energy on their work.That also contributed to the decrease of education quality.
On another hand,teachers need more redresses since teachers’ health problems are also serious.According to a survey by Teachers’ union,more than 78% of teachers caught serious or light pain on throat and back through decades of speak loudly and keep standing for a long time.But they don’t have spare money to cure these problems.That means a large amount of teachers may descend their working time instead of spend money to see a doctor.Undoubtedly,it also dropped the quality of education.
Last but not least,there is a saying about the relationship between teachers and students—Teachers are another parents to students.Whatever who we are,everyone need teachers.A good teacher may affect her students’ life.Thus,to encourage a good teacher by more salaries is an efficient way to improve the education quality.

但是2分的要求是超出的 所以是3分
