1、违约责任：
1） 乙方不能按照合同规定交货或延期交付货物至交货地点而造成损失的,除人力不可抗力事故外,在三个星期内每迟延一个星期,乙方应付给甲方迟交货物总值的1%的迟交违约金,不足一星期迟交日数作为一星期计算；超过三个星期乙方应付给甲方迟交货物总值的10%作为迟交违约金,由甲方在付款时扣除.
2）乙方所发货物如有数量、包装、型号、规格、颜色与合同规定不符或有质量缺陷,甲方有权拒绝付款,如甲方已付款,乙方应将货款退还甲方.

4）如延期交货超过原定期限28个日历天数,甲方有权解除合同并要求乙方支付20%的违约金,且乙方仍应向甲方缴付上款规定的违约金,不得推诿或延迟.
