Giving all the civilian the right to voice their mind,not to mention ,is the most important.In the histoday,there are many examples that avoiding the speaking-right cause the trouble .Then,abolishing some unresonable palicise is also necessary,for the war are from these.
Third,Give both sides the equal seeing them at the same level,not lower or higher.Tell them they are all americans,and we are all brothers and sisters,so we should hold together,fight together ,and live together.Forth,as all know,everything lays on economy.To get peace ,you must get economy .So ,I would encourage them to deal with business rather than the inner fight.
