关于打扫社区的英语作文
I went to clean up the school backyards and nearby parks of my community on winter break this year.I wouldn't have known how much energy and time it takes to pick up these empty bottles,cans,picnic wastes and cigarette butts if I didn't do the clean-ups by myself.It was such a mess out there before I came but I made a significantly visible improvement of the environment in these areas.I classified these garbages as recycles and non-recycables and dropped them off at different areas.Although it was one of the winter-break assignments from school,this volunteering experience meant a lot to me.
