I think that if you really like the girl you should find a chance to tell her .Judging from your description to the girl ,I can imagine that girl must be very beautiful.In my opinion there must be many boys like you admire her.Maybe the girl doesn't have boy friend now but that doesn't mean that she will have enough time to wait for yo to improve your study and then express your adore to her.Now,I give you some advice
1、 the first thing you must do is to tell her that you love and at the same time you should make a promise that you will study hard in future
2、the second thing is that you should try your best to study hard wo improve your marks
3、let her konw that you love her by no means only beacause of her beautiful.you should treasure her after you make friend
with her
