摘 要：近年来,随着销售规模的不断扩大,职员数目、产品数量以及客户数目也相应增加,有关职员、产品和客户的各种信息量也成倍增加,面对着庞大的信息量,传统的人工方式管理会导致销售系统管理上的混乱,人力与物力过多浪费,销售管理费用的增加,从而使公司负担过重,影响整个公司的运作和控制管理,因此,必须制定一套有效、合理,规范和实用的销售管理系统对各种资料进行集中统一的管理.基于以上销售管理系统现状和发展趋势,针对中、小型企业销售管理现状,为了克服手工操作管理的低下效率,提高管理水平和工作效率,减少人员工作量和复杂程度.尤其是随着信息的累积,手工管理的复杂程度会大大增加.因此把计算机管理替代手工管理作为本系统设计的目标.
企业发展所需的各种资源,比如人力、物力、生产力等等都是有限的,所以我们在管理上尽可能的节约这些资源并且要避免管理混乱.因此我们要采用计算机管理替代手工管理.本系统采用java编程语言,Mysql数据库,从员工信息、客户信息、货物信息三个方面对公司进行集中统一的管理.大大的节约了公司人力、物力、财力等资源,并且有效、合理、规范的对公司各方面进行管理.从而可以使公司创造更大的效益,使公司在竞争激烈的商场中立于不败之地.
