First,I'm sorry for this late letter.I want to join your company very much.Plase give me a chance.
Now I start introducing myself simply.My name is Hongjun Duan.I come from henna province.I was born in 1981 and graduated from Anyang college in 2005.The major is about the computer and its application.
I love the computer and use it expertly.I am able to operate the office software with it.
My English is poor,but I am willing to improve it in spoken specially.
The following is my work experience.
I have been working in Xiamen Darwin precision industry Co.,LTD from August 16,2009,until August 10,2010.My job is a QA＆CS engineer.
Responsible for:
1.Constructing the appropriate process monitoring and improvement mechanism,in
order to continuou improving the quality system.
2.Constructing a complete quality controlling system,in order to avert the customer's complaints and improve the customer satisfaction index.
3.Communicating and coordinating of relevant departments,pushing the anomal case improving
4.Guiding the QA Leader's On-the-job education and his work.
5.Coordinating work with other departments work.
6.Finishing the performance of the department workers.

你的这个application与其说是Resume,不如说是cover letter.抛开语法,从格式上讲,这个申请很不正规.
1.关于Cover letter(申请信).
cover letter是对“申请动机”的描述和“申请能力要求”的响应.
一般在cover letter里要清楚的说明你为什么要申请这个职位,为什么打算换工作.同时要言简意赅的响应招聘单位提出的要求,例如,对方说你的英语应当流利,需要有相关经验,需要有团队精神等等.这些都需要你要信里逐条陈述,证明你是符合要求的,说你干过什么事并不能证明你有相关能力.
简言之,CL里你至少要说明:
Why do you apply for this position?
How do you address the selection criteria?
What and how can you contribute to the company if you were offered the position?
2.关于Resume
简历是关于个人经历的事实表达.用列表的方式说明你的个人信息并按时间列出你的经历.简历是用事实来响应你在cover letter里的陈述.简历最好在一页以内,因为HR没时间看.Resume需要的内容很简单：
Who you are?
Your work experience
Your education
Your skills
Your achievements and awards
不是打击你,坦白的讲,你的简历如果这么写,任何一家正规的公司看到后都会立即扔到垃圾桶里.去网上找几个模板先看看人家的格式和用词,否则你这个东西没法改.
还有,不要在简历里提“my english is poor"之类的话.展示的应当是Can-do attitude.
