摘要：会计诚信是经济社会发展的客观要求,是和谐社会建设的重要组成部分.然而,近年来发生的会计造假事件,已经严重的影响了社会经济秩序的正常于心和会计职业的信誉,使会计诚信缺失成为我国社会经济生活中的一个突出问题.
为了系统探讨会计诚信问题,本文针对会计诚信的问题,提出了会计诚信缺失的危害、原因,以及对会计诚信缺失的解决对策进行了探讨,以维护和提高会计诚信的水平.
本文研究主要包括四章.第一章是绪论,主要论述会计诚信研究的背景及国内外研究状况,第二章主要阐述了会计诚信相关概念以及影响会计诚信的因素；第三章,主要分析了会计诚信缺失的现象以及原因；第四章主要以案例分析了会计诚信缺失的危害性；第五章,在分析影响会计诚信各因素问相互关系的基础上,提出建立会计诚信体系的保障措施.

Accounting honesty is the objective requirement of economic and social development,the building of a harmonious society is an important part of.However,in recent years the accountancy concoct events happened,which has seriously affected the social and economic order of normal in heart and accounting professional reputation,so that accounting sincerity is missing in our country social economic life as one of the outstanding problems.
In order to explore the system of accounting sincerity question,in this paper the problem of accounting sincerity,this paper puts forward the lack of accounting credibility damage,reason,and the countermeasures to solve the lack of accounting credibility are discussed,in order to maintain and improve the level of accounting sincerity.
This paper studies mainly includes four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly discusses the research background of accounting sincerity and domestic and international research status,the second chapter mainly discusses the relevant concepts of accounting sincerity and influence factors of accounting sincerity; In the third chapter,I mainly analyzed the lack of accounting credibility phenomenon and reasons; The fourth chapter mainly by case analysis for the lack of accounting credibility harmfulness; Chapter 5,on the analysis of the influence factors of accounting sincerity to ask the relationship between basis,put forward to establish the system of accounting sincerity safeguard measures.
