Well,as for me,I want to find a place to build a dorm for students to live in.Because some students live far from here,they have to get up early so that they can arrive at school on time.But because of this,they won't have enough time to sleep.It is bad for their health,and they can't concentrate on their studies.That's all.
希望可以帮忙修饰一下,但不用太难的句子.

well和that's all有点口语化,如果是说得话没事,写的话还是不要放比较好
第二句和第三句的开头都是because...可以考虑用due to the fact that
还有就是but开头的话也是比较口语的...可以用however they would not have enough sleep because of this..
