This year is over.To welcome the new year.I make my New Year's Resolutions .Let me tell you about it .First ,I will work hard at all my subjects .I will listen to my teachers carefully .I hope to get good grades.I think they are the first important in my New Year's Resolutions.Then ,I will do more exercise and eat more healthy food to keep healthy and strong.They are important,too.Finally,I want to help my mother do some housework.Because my mother is very tired,I want to do something for her.I know it's not easy,but I think I can do it.Because this is my New Year's Resolutions.

前面用RESOLUTIONS,后面应该用THEM.将it 改成 them.

你要是想表达得多少多少分的话,将grades改成scores.grade是一个等级的概念

important 为形容词,你要是想表达’最重要的事情可以改成‘ the most important things
Then ,I will do more exercise and eat more healthy food to keep healthy and strong.
keep 后面应该加一个 me
Because my mother is very tired,I want to do something for her.
因为母亲很累,为什么累?你可以在前面加上,母亲每天做了很多家务,所以很累,所以想要帮她.这里只是给出点建议,让逻辑上看起来通顺.
