Dear David
As the latest data shows ,the sales of our TV sets have decreased greatly in the first two quarters of this year,from 10,000 sets per month down to 5000 sets or so per month ,which is incredible for everyone in our department .Given this ,in order to maintain our market share ,we must develop new products ,such as Tv set with 3-D effect ,a very popular type with young people .
If we adjust our producs ,the sales and turnover will be increased to a large extent .
I need to prepare development report as soon as possible ,so that it will be discussed in the board meeting this Wednesday .
