现在分词与过去分词作定语时的区别?
现在分词与过去分词都可作定语,但什么时候用过去分词?什么时候又要用现在分词呢?
例1：The lights flickered continuously like traffic lights which have gone mad.(句中修饰lights的flickered为何用过去分词,而不用现在分词?）
例2：A woman picking blackberries saw 'a lage cat' only five yards away from her.(句中修饰woman的picking为何用现在分词,而不用过去分词?）

3.如何分辨定语是现在分词还是过去分词其实很简单：看与所修饰的名词或代词的关系就可以了是主动的就用现在分词,是被动的就用过去分词,但是像你不知道那个是谓语哪个是定语的话就难了（呵呵）

B.the teacher surrounded by many students(被许多学生围着的老师,被动所以是过去分词）
