文化是一个民族的灵魂,对于一个民族有着巨大的凝聚作用,是一个民族经过长久的历史变迁所获得的宝贵的精神财富.随着时代的变迁,文化的重要性越来越凸显,文化成为了国家综合国力的重要组成部分,在国家利益目标实现中的作用持续增强,文化所带来的文化软实力也成为当前各国十分重视并努力提高的因素.在全球化的时代,西方国家在谋求经济霸权的同时,不断对发展中国家进行着文化冲击以谋求文化霸权,在这种背景下,加快发展和繁荣民族文化,增强国家文化软实力要求更加紧迫.
文化软实力,作为一种对国家发展有着巨大作用的因素,其发展情况对大学生的文化自信也有着直接和重大的影响.文化自信,是一个国家、一个民族、一个政党对自身文化价值的充分肯定,对自身文化生命力的坚定信念.大学生作为国家的未来,他们能否树立文化自信对于国家文化的传承和发展,对于文化软实力的发展,对于国家在国际社会综合国力竞争中的地位都有着重要影响.因此,在全球化进程中,面对西方文化对于中国社会的文化冲击和文化霸权,引导大学生树立文化自信,是当前思想政治教育领域的一项十分紧迫的任务,也是实现我国文化软实力长远发展的关键因素.
文化软实力和文化自信之间是相互影响、相互促进的关系,它们之间能够形成良性循环对于国家文化发展是有积极作用的.本文希望通过对于两者的研究,更好的把握两者之间的关系,为中国文化软实力理论的发展做出微薄的贡献,为中国文化软实力的发展和大学生文化自信的增强提出自己的见解和具体措施.
本文主要由五个部分构成：第一部分：文化软实力理论体系分析.主要对文化软实力的含义、主要特征和构成要素进行分析.第二部分：当代中国文化软实力的现状.主要论述了当代中国文化软实力发展取得的成就和存在的主要问题.第三部分：当代大学生文化自信的现状.主要论述了大学生树立文化自信的重要性,在文化自信方面存在的问题及其原因.第四部分：中国文化软实力对当代大学生文化自信的影响机制.主要论述了文化软实力与大学生文化自信之间的关系和影响的机制.第五部分：提高文化软实力,增强大学生文化自信.主要论述了提高我国文化软实力,增强大学生文化自信的一些对策和方法.
