资金流的处理是传统商务也是电子商务的重要环节.然而由于传统的交易模式和支付方式的影响,以及对电子支付与结算知识的缺乏,加上如电子支付的安全可靠性、数据传输和处理标准不统一.也有一部分利用网络协议、操作系统、硬件的一些缺陷和漏洞进行各种犯罪活动,使得原本快捷、低成本的电子支付已不适合快速发展的电子商务的要求.由于Internet的开放性以及其他各种因素的影响,安全问题也一直是困扰着电子商务发展的重要问题.支付与安全已经成为制约电子商务发展的瓶颈.
本文以电子交易与支付为核心,从电子商务系统的安全角度出发,消息叙述了技术层面的网络安全技术、安全协议与认证内容.

The management of fund flow is a key link in traditional and electronic commerce.But with the effect of traditional transaction and payment pattern,and the lack of knowledge on electronic payment and balance,as well as the disunity on safe reliability 、data transmission and processing standards of electronic payment and that some people even make use of the defects and holes of network protocol、operating system and hardware to commit crimes,making the originally fast、inexpensive electronic payment not in conformity with the requirements of the booming development of the electronic commerce.Due to the openness of the Internet and other various factors,safety issue has always been an important one to prevent its development.And payment and safety have become the bottleneck restricting its development .
Focusing on electronic transaction and payment,this paper technologically describes us the network security technology、safety agreements and certification from the aspect the safety of the system of electronic commerce.
