I think the boss is insane,is there anything wrong with the overtime work?diiferent staff has different work,someone like from HR dpt,not very busy,do not have too much work,they can leave the office 6 PM on time.but other dpt,such as designing,marketing dpt,very busy,too much work to do everyday.especially for the overseas marketing dpt,cause the time difference,they need to work very late to contact with the clients via phone or chating tools.this is very normal.if they leave the office and come back home on time as you,wait and eat shit.I have a good advice for you:tell your boss the overtime work is normal and necessary.

If someone do not need overtime work still stay in the office for long time, should be warned and prohibited, stay in the office after work might cause something not safe, waste some resource in the office. if anyone who not obey the rules of company, would be fined according to the related rules. you should have a meeting with your colleagues and inform them the office time mangement rules and details.
