The map shows information about changes in average house prices in five different cities between 1990 and 2002 compared with the average house prices in 1989.
Look at the map ,the house prices is more and more high,The NowYork (USA) house prices average -5~0 percent between 1990 and 1995 compare with the average house prices in 1989.but between 1996 and 2002 average in 5 percent .The Madrid (Spain) house prices average 2 percent between 1990 and 1995 compare with 1989.and between 1996~2002 averge in 4 .The Tokyo(Japan) house prices between 1990 and 1995 average in -7.0 percent compare with 1989 ,and between 1996 and 2002 average in -5~0 percent compare with 1989 .The Frankfurt (Germany) between 1990 and 1995 averge in 3 percent ,and between 1996 and 2002 average in 2 percent compare with 1990~1995 have gone down ,The London (UK) between 1990 and 1995 average in -7.0 the same as Tokyo ,and between 1996 and 2002 average in 12 .
From the front ,we can know that only one city is house prices is gone down ,and the others house prices is higher ,We can know the huose price will up in the future.

1st I am sure it is New York instead of Now York (unless it indicated in the text) and New York is two words
2nd I used Compared to instead of compared with,just because it sounds better in this case.
3rd avoid using words like more and more,
4th You don't need "The" in front of the City,because you already indicated the name of the city,(and maybe you don't even need to indicate the country,since these are major city in the world)
5th 给我5分真的太少了.
The map indicated the changes in average house price in five different cities between 1990 and 2002; and by using this data to compare with the data from 1989 we can predict the future average house price.(I am not sure what are you trying to say here,however you should always let the reader know what is your main topic in introduction and go on details in your main paragraph.)
The map showed the increased of -5~0 percent in New York (USA) average house price between 1990 and 1995 when compared to average house price in 1989.However,between 1996 and 2002 the average house price increased to 5 percent.Madrid (Spain)’s average house prices is 2 percent between 1990 and 1995 when compared to 1989,an increase of 4 percent between 1996~2002.Both Tokyo (Japan) and London (UK) shared the same average house price between 1990 and 1995 which is -7.0 percent when compared to 1989,while London (UK) increased to 12 percent between 1996 and 2002 when compared with 1989,Tokyo only increased a little by -5~0 percent.The average house price between 1990 and 1995 in Frankfurt (Germany) is 3 percent,and went down to 2 percent between 1996 and 2002.
As indicated above,only Frankfurt (Germany)’s house price went down,while others are remain high.Therefore,we can predict that the average house price will continue raise in the future.
