纵观人性研究史,诸多专家学者都无法对人性形成统一的概念,那么建立在对人性的理解的基础上的人性化管理便众说纷纭了.人性化管理就是让管理更加符合人性,为此,人性化管理应该从心理学角度来研究探讨.人性化管理从心理学的角度应该定义为：对人的共性与个性的尊重式的管理.本文从人的共性（普遍性）,人的个性（差异性）,尊重这三个层面展开阐述人性化管理的心理学内涵.
