if you're the fresh man,i ask you why do you come here?Do you need any change for your life and what kind of person you want to be?you better to answer me that i chose your company (university) because i like to have some challanges; i love to learn something new for my experience,and then i can upgrade myself.I had some setbacks before on my last job,my boss was telling me do not give up,he said everybody make mistakes,but a successful people can learn from the mistake,and he will never be into that situation again.it depends on your personality and atitude of facing problems.i quit that job because the company bankrupped,but i'm a positive person now,so,i come here to use what i learnt to help your business.
