1、甲方应依照合同按时向乙方支付制作费用.在模型制作过程中,甲方应对乙方的工作予以及时配合.如因甲方要求暂停制作或终止本合同,甲方应及时通知乙方.乙方已收的制作费用不予退回,对已发生的工作量,甲方应给予全额补偿.
2、甲方应在合同签订之日向乙方提供项目制作所需图纸,如因甲方所提供的图纸不齐全而影响制作过程和如期交付模型,责任由甲方承担.
3、在项目制作过程中,甲方需对模型制作方案做出特别重大修改,应及时通知乙方,并对乙方实际发生的工作量给予确认,同时支付相应的修改费用,工期相应顺延.
1、乙方须保证按制作计划书承诺的制作工艺、材料及制作标准如期完成项目制作.
2、乙方应严格按甲方图纸限定的数据和甲方确认的方案制作,并及时征求甲方意见以便确保模型质量.
3、乙方须按甲方认可的模型材料进行制作,需调整的须经甲方确认后方可调整.
